What would be your feedback style/method to correct someone's behavior?
Example:
Feedback should always be constructive. Let's take an example first. A teacher observed one of his/her students was not attentive in last class. He was also gossiping and made disturbance to others. Teacher wants his student to be active listener and help other student to complete their task without any disturbance.
Action Plan:
Teacher should call the student in a positive environment and give him feedback as follows.......

- State what behavior was observed
- Impact:
- Explain the effect of the behavior.
- Next Steps:
- Suggest actions for improvement
