Consistency and Reliability: to yourself and to others.

 There are four cores of credibility. Each of these four cores —  integrity, intent, capabilities, and results — is vital to personal and organizational credibility.

Credibility research has demonstrated that people subconsciously judge the credibility of people by looking for three things: competence, character, and caring.

So what we need to do:
  • Align actions with integrity words.
  • To maintain capability, and update skills.
  • Ownership for outcomes or success.

TRUST EQUATION

Trustworthiness = Credibility + Reliability + Intimacy

Hence we should............
  • Enhance credibility & Reliability.
  • Improve intimacy & Openness.
  • Priority on others than self.
